Your video and the inventory both go to every provider, so anything missing or unclear can be raised with your provider before you accept a quote.
PAYMENT AND TERMS
When you accept a quote, your payment is collected and held before any work begins. It is released to your provider once the job is complete. On job day your provider gets your contact details and coordinates with you directly; when the job is done, payment is released and you rate your provider.
Your provider adds them and you approve them before they apply. Nothing is added to what you owe without your approval.
Your provider's. Cancellations, deposits and extra charges are set by them and shown on the quote you accept. Those terms are enforced through the way funds are held and released, so both sides always know where they stand.
YOUR VIDEO AND YOUR PRIVACY
The providers quoting your job see it, because they need it to confirm what is moving and price the work. They do not get your address or your contact details until you accept a quote and payment is held.
No — film what is moving. Anything you would rather not show, like documents, screens or photographs, describe out loud instead and it still reaches the inventory. And please don't film other people unless they are happy to be recorded.
The retention period is set out in our privacy policy, which is the one place it is stated.

Yes. We only work with vetted movers, junk removal and bin rental companies, and you rate your provider after the job.
