By using our services, you agree to our terms of use, which include providing accurate information about your job, agreeing to the quotes provided by our vetted, high-quality movers, Junk Removal, bin and dumpster rentals, and other service providers, and notifying us of any changes to your job as soon as possible. Our customer care team is here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have throughout the process.
This website and the ReelQuoteAI marketplace are owned and operated by Reel Quote AI ("ReelQuoteAI", "we", "us", or "our"). "Reel Quote AI" and "ReelQuoteAI" refer to the same business and are used interchangeably in these Terms and in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply to the ReelQuoteAI marketplace, where you submit a video walkthrough, receive quotes from independent service providers, and book and pay for a job.
They do not apply to ReelQuoteAI Survey, the quoting software we license to moving companies for use on their own websites. That software is provided to the moving company under a separate agreement. If you are using a moving company's own quoting tool, your contract is with that company and these Terms do not govern it.
This website is owned and operated by Reel Quote AI. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the option to request quotes from service providers and pay for those services by sharing Reels and information. By accessing or using the website of our service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
When buying an item or service, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item or service quote/ estimate listing before making a commitment to buy it; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item or service and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be deducted from customers payment. Payment collected at checkout is held in escrow, released to the provider on completion, minus credit card processing fee and our current platform fee, with provider cancellation/deposit terms enforced through that hold-and-release.
Refunds or partial refunds will be based on the terms you agreed to and signed with the mover or service provider who provided the quote. We will follow the service provider's terms that you agree to with the service provider.
Any damages caused by the service provider should be handled with and by the service provider.
Reel Quote AI will do our best to resolve any issues between the Customer and service provider, if not resolved on their own.

If no solution is agreed to, as suggested by Reel Quote AI, we can suggest a 3rd party resolution service. However, Reel Quote AI does not bear any responsibility to arrange or oversee the process. Any costs from this are the sole responsibility of the customer/homeowner.
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or no reason.
Reel Quote AI uses automated systems, including third-party artificial intelligence, to review the video you upload and generate an inventory of your items, along with estimated cubic footage ("cube") and weight for your job. These outputs are provided to help you and providers prepare a quote. They are estimates only and are not a guaranteed, measured, or exhaustive account of your belongings. You acknowledge and agree that:
AI can make mistakes. Automated inventory and item recognition may misidentify, miss, duplicate, or misinterpret items, and may not capture items that are obscured, boxed, stored, outside the camera's view, or not shown in your video. Accuracy depends heavily on the quality, lighting, completeness, and coverage of the video you provide.
You must verify your inventory. You are responsible for reviewing the inventory list you are given and confirming that it directly matches the actual contents of your home before relying on it or accepting a quote. If items are missing, incorrect, or added after your video, you must notify us and/or add them in the move description field so providers can account for them. Reel Quote AI is not responsible for items you do not review, disclose, or add.
The sizes and weights are estimates. We do not measure or weigh your things. Each item is given the size and weight that movers normally use for that kind of item. The real size and weight can be different, for example depending on how things are packed, taken apart, or handled.
Quotes based on estimates may change. Any quote generated from the AI inventory or its cube and weight estimates is preliminary. Your provider may reassess your goods before or on the day of the job and adjust the price, additional charges, or scope in accordance with their own terms, based on the actual items and conditions present.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reel Quote AI is not liable for any additional cost, delay, shortfall, damage, or loss arising from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the AI-generated inventory or its cube or weight estimates, or from your reliance on them. Reel Quote AI operates a marketplace only; the provider you select is solely responsible for the final quote, the assessment of your goods, and the performance of the job.
Reel Quote AI operates a marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers. We do not perform moving, junk removal, bin or dumpster rental, or any other service ourselves, and we are not a party to the contract between you and the provider you select. That provider contracts directly with you and is solely responsible for the quote it gives, the assessment of your goods, and the performance of the job.
We do not warrant or accept responsibility for work performed by third-party providers.
Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between you and Reel Quote AI, or between Reel Quote AI and any service provider. Service providers are independent businesses. They are not our employees or agents, and we are not theirs.
Holding payment in escrow and releasing it on completion is a payment-handling function performed under these Terms. It does not make us a party to your contract with the provider, and it does not make either of us the agent of the other.
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Reel Quote AI. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works thereof.
You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text, and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be only used with the providers quoting the job — never publicly displayed.
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if, in our sole determination, you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.
You agree to indemnify and hold Reel Quote AI harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Reel Quote AI be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, damage to property or goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reel Quote AI assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
NEW — not in the published version. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we materially change the Terms, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email, text or phone or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices, please notify us at any time.
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under, and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the province of Ontario, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
Nothing in this section removes any right or protection available to you under the consumer protection laws of the province, territory, state or country in which you reside, where those laws cannot be excluded or waived by agreement. Where such a law gives you a right to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction, this section does not take that right away.
If you are a business rather than a consumer — including a service provider or moving company using our marketplace — this section applies to you in full.
